Latest numbers I have seen has the GOP 210 demwits 198 in the House race. Still 27 seats to be determined. Was going to ask why this is taking so long, but we all know the answer, the dems are trying to steal enough seats to gain the majority in the House. Speaker Mike Johnson was on TV just a little while ago, saying he is confident the GOP will retain the majority in the House, but he has to say that. Johnson did say it is absolutely crucial for the GOP to hold the House to give Trump 2 years of support to get his agenda through. But, oh my, not the silly GOP, no sir! Morons like MTG and Gaetz are bound to get their panties in a wad over something small and muck things up. Obviously, the GOP will have a slim margin, if they do hold the House, and cannot afford petty BS to gum up the works. This is it, this is the GOP's chance to make a difference, because assuredly, the House will flip at the 2026 midterms.
If you dig into the numbers, GOP is already above the 218 threshold. Significant leads in several races with >2% of vote outstanding, and a couple of races that are being decided amongst only GOP candidates.

In retrospect I think it’s very telling how the Demoncrats never let up calling Trump a Nazi and an existential threat to democracy except now that Trump has won they say there’s going to be a peaceful transfer of power. How is that possible? How could the Left happily accept Hitler reincarnated Trump being president. Don’t you think they’d be declaring marshal law or something instead of agreeably handing over the White House keys. As a closing shot I think the GOP should run some contrasting commercials drawing attention to the Dems big lie… rub their noses in it so it sticks and shames them a good long while.
Officially, it stands GOP 216 dems 208. Eleven races still not called with the GOP leading in 8 of those. If it holds the final tally will be 224-211 in favor of the GOP, which should be a solid enough working margin.
But, there is this. Some pundits and of course, the evil election-stealing 'craps are still saying the dems could win the majority in the House. To do that would mean stealing the 8 races the GOP lead in. And I wouldn't put it past them to try, and perhaps succeed. Wouldn't be the first time, nor the last time, dems stole elections.
Just saw an update, it is tightening as "late, mail-in ballots" continue to arrive. No surprise which party all these ballots favor. Still, the best guesstimate I have seen places the final tally at 221-214 in favor of the GOP. California allows mail-in ballots to be counted all the way to November 20th, which means you can kiss all the GOP seats bye bye in California. I will be very surprised if the GOP actually ends up holding the House.
So far, Trump looks like he will slightly improve on his 2020 popular vote total, with just a bit more than 74 million voters casting a vote in his favor. The dem candidate, however, appears to be almost 11 million votes behind the 2020 tally, making me wonder just how many of those 11 million votes were actually legit in the first place. It becomes more and more obvious that the Dems used the Covid virus to steal the election in 2020. I mean, the campaign was identical....Orange man bad, Hitler, fascist, dictator, racist, misogynist, felon, unhinged, dangerous, etc. And we know there are no fewer Trump haters who think of Trump every hour of every day and need safe spaces and emotional support animals to overcome the fact that he will once again be in the White House. So where did those 11 million voters go?
I saw something funny posted somewhere the other day. It said Nancy Pelosi has finally admitted that Trump actually won the 2020 election, and he is therefore not legally able to run for a third time.
