That win felt surprisingly good. Nice change of pace!
To all the typical naysayers on this site. To hack with you. Ever Loyal Be. These guys could have come in and gone thru the motions. They and the coaches are to be applauded. Fair weather fans, to heck with you.
Surprise, surprise… I usually make fun of the Dawgs only scoring field goals, but today it was enough. It counts, so now Crumbie has a career number of wins for a season, 4 with 2 games to go. Whether it’s probable or not 6-6 is a mathematical possibility. Go Dawgs.
This team should be 9-1.
Defense played well...again. As for our anemic offense, NMSU rushed for over 300 yards last week against WKU, we barely got 200 yards. Jax State will steamroll WKU with 400+ yards rushing and 5 TDs.
I can't root against the Dawgs...and yes, I went nutso on those lousy calls by the zebras down the stretch, the PI and no call on the obvious intentional grounding. HATE that! Goddamn refs. Seems like the whole world is against us at times.
Now...next week at Arkansas. They lost a tough one to Texas today. Will be looking to take it out on someone. But, Go Dawgs!
I thought there were two really bad calls that went against Tech on WKU’s last drive - the PI call and the noncall on the intentional grounding. Refs did all they could to give the conference the winner they wanted.
CUSA commissioner should be mopping floors and cleaning toilets.
Anyone else ready to name Liver Eatin' (Jeremiah) Johnson as the next head coach?
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmm
This is Crummy's first win against a team with a winning record.
Now let’s see if he can win 2 games in a row, win 2 back to back on the road and get an SEC win. Enormous odds against it for him, but odds don’t decide the final score.
