Daniel Batcho was unstoppable Monday night as the power forward scored a career-high 38 points to help Louisiana Tech remain unbeaten by defeating Mississippi College, 105-67, inside the Thomas Assembly Center.

This was a 7-point game with 9 minutes left in the game. Then Miss College seemed to quit, to just turn themselves off and stopped playing. I guess they ran out of gas. They shot a nice 50% from the floor, but it came in spurts. In one segment, over about a 4-5 minute period, they hit 7 straight shots, including 3 from the arc. They couldn't miss. They shaved a 19-point Tech lead down to just 7 at one point, at 67-60. We then outscored them 38-7 the rest of the way.

Tech shot 71% from the FT line and committed 15 turnovers. Batcho enjoyed a good night...
