It’s hard for me imagine a legitimately good player staying at Jech to play for Crumbie when everyone knows and especially the players know how inept and incapable he is. Besides the results on the field all you have to do is watch him on the sidelines. He looks and acts like a nervous wreck. That almost out of control body language can’t help but translate into bad and untimely decision making which we’ve also seen from him.

Most of the good players will leave, that is just a byproduct of the NIL system now days, even in the P4 a bigger fish is always calling for the better players. What really makes me sad is no legitimately good HS player will come play for him, and the solid players that could be developed into good or great players, even when we get them, he can't develop them.
