Sad state of College football. Something needs to change. Maybe they will call us....lol.

In all seriousness, this will be the first Tech game I’ve attended in awhile. Even though it could be a trouncing.

I guess they figured they owed us one as mentioned in my previous post.
Tech has quite a few players in the portal (biggest impact players are probably David Blay, Cedric Woods, and Buck Buchanan). As far as I know, they can play in the bowl game if they want to and Tech is agreeable. What’s in it for Tech? We shouldn’t be doing the Independence Bowl or Shreveport any favors.

Comparing the depth chart from the Kennesaw State game with the names listed on the transfer portal website shows the majority of the two deep DL is in the transfer portal (3 of 5 DE, starting NT, starting DT). Hopefully the next men up on the D-Line are ready to go or it's going to be ugly, ugly, ugly. Blay is getting a lot of looks/offers from other schools so him playing in the bowl game would not improve his stock so I don't see him playing as a way of gaining exposure. Don't really know about the others, but I think the assumption is they won't play in the bowl either.
