How can we convince them to sign up???

I thought that was the point of Best Thread Ever.
maybe we should make it viewable to members only...lol
They'll sign up when they have something to contribute. Until then, hopefully we will at least increase interest in Tech athletics and passively help to put a few more butts in seats.
I would think eliminating the selective censorship because the administrators do not agree with a post. Just my opinion. I hope it makes it to the post.
Well your opinions must REALLY suck... I've never had a post sensored or altered in any way (to my knowledge)
We don't censor posts - and if people can't play by the rules then they don't play at all -Originally Posted by grimey

Something to wonder about is how many of our members are actually Tech fans. Remember, we have quite a few members from other schools who set up accounts for the week we play or maybe that season, then are never heard from again. Also, we have the usual number of state school and UNT flamers. I wonder if we could possibly get a close hard count of actual Tech fans who would be inclined to contribute to a project if even just ten dollars. That would give us a good number to start from. Also, I wonder if there would be some way to differentiate between Tech fans and others as they sign up to keep a rolling count.
Also other members that don't logon very often. I appearantly signed up in Sept of 2002, but don't remember even posting anything back then. For some reason back in about April of 2005, I was bored and remembered that their was a Tech message board. Jumped back on and not am HOOKED! Maybe in that email that gets sent out about the games we can just sent a simple invitation to come back if you haven't posted in a while.
I also have another account (mdw51380) that I was using at work. I hated when I logged out it automatically marked all forums read!! And I was also forced to be idle for quite some time occasionally... and it would make them as read after 15 minutes as well... so I just made a new account. Now that all that has been changed, that account can be deleted... no need for it anymore.
Some were here before when it was Delphi. Some have changed the moniker 2 or 3 times. Number of posts are not indicative of number of views and reading. Some just do not have time to spend daily sending out posts and really do not have much to say just to be saying it.
hes right. i never login unless i have soemthing to say, but im usually on reading what you guys have to say.Originally Posted by Brian96

Some of these things are considered in the process of admitting people to the recruiting forum, I believe.
The first thing is just being able to make a positive identification of a person in the recruiting folder.
Not here... all I had to do was hit a 360 yard drive!! :icon_winkOriginally Posted by aubunique
