You’re probably not wrong. The easiest way for Crumbie to have some success is for him to stay out of his other coaches’ way. That being said I wonder what he can do to make a contribution without messing something up and hurting the team.

To take the safest route, we can let him make all the copies for Franklin and Olsen but under the supervision of one of the graduate students just to make sure he does it right. I mean we want him to feel like he is contributing but it's better to be safe than sorry.
