I don't know this lady, but I got an email from a friend who knows her. She is a semi-finalist to have her own show on HGTV and the contest is open for public voting to decide who will make it to the finals. Her name is Alice Compton Fakier. They say she is recently married, so I'm assuming that Compton is her maiden name. Anyone know her?

My vote is in. She definitely has the right look for TV.
her mom is a speech teacher at Tech as well. Linda Martin i believe is her name.
As I was voting again today, I looked at her competition. She is definitely the most attractive, but the others just don't have a "TV look". Hopefully, that works to her advantage.
