No, it's at San Jose.
The game starts @ 3:00PM Central time on Saturday (1:00PM Pacific time in San Jose,CA.)
That was the saturday start time prior to rainout Friday. Now doubleheader on Saturday. Doubt they wait til 3 pm. CST to start DH. Anyone know?
The doubleheader Saturday will start @ 4:00pm Central Time.They are expecting the showers to clear out of that area by then ( 2pm pacific time).The team is flying out Sunday morning.GO DAWGS !
The Tech site is now saying that the double header will be played on Sunday @ 12 noon central time.I guess we better see if the San Jose site makes the same announcement.As of right now they are sticking with a Saturday twin-bill starting @ 4pm central.
The San Jose area is expecting rain,hail,& strong winds into the afternoon hours.They are not expecting the rain to clear out until 6pm today with a sunny outlook for the Sunday doubleheader.
Game started on time at 2 pm Pacific, 4 pm Central.

Just talked to my cousin, Randy Jones, and he said his son, Casey Jones (who has signed with Tech and qualified on his ACT, grades, etc.) pitched his high-school team (Lakeside in the Sibley south of Minden area) to victory in a seven-inning late game Saturday. One of Randy's friends said Casey caused a lot of Oohs and Ahs when he hit a foul ball into the woods way outside the fence. He hit well in the games he didn't pitch this weekend, also. I can't wait until he and the other excellent recruits join the Dogs in the fall.
