Wow... yea, sounds like it's time for that contract.
Curious now... you know alot about them. What kind of deal would you offer him?
I think this program is fixing to explode within the next two years -
I'm talking 35+ next year and then 40+ wins the next year -
It will be alot easier to keep him, if we give him a GUARANTEED 3 to 4 year contract now - than it will to try to give him a two year contract at the end of next year -
Give him a reason to PLANT deep roots in Ruston, let him know you appreciate HIS "vision and desire" he has for the program -
Build up some loyalty -

One hell of a year... we did tons of things that none of us expected. The future definantly is bright. Just have to hope that we get our fundamentals down and can improve on the defensive side of the game.
Can't wait until next year.... we should be one of the favorite this coming year if these freshman and sophmores can come in as advertised. Great Job Coach. We LOVE you being here and hope that you can build us a dynasty in good ole Ruston. Congrads on a great year.
