Earlier in the season we discussed cooking burgers for the baseball team following a game. Kim Rountree contacted me and Dwayne today and asked if we would do this Sunday following the final home conference game.

Something else that would be good is to open it up to fans. Charge $5-10 with all profit going to the baseball team. I think it is a good idea. Kim wants to do this after Sunday's NMSU game or the last home game against ULM?
She wants to do it after this Sunday's game. I'll edit.
We are going to have to scrape together enough money to feed the team. We'll have a real good number on how many people that will be. Can't estimate how many "others" might want to pay for a plate, so I think we'll have to pass on offering that.
Is mentechsters still organizing this cookout or this another one?

We are talking about moving the cookout to Saturday night after the doubleheader since Sunday is Mother's Day.
I would NEVER ask that you change the date for one person.. but if it is any help, I work Sunday as well... don't change it because of those post. Do what is best for the whole.. not the few.
Saturday is MY day... but I'll be willing to share it with those guys..... after I watch the F22 RAPTOR BABY!!!!!!

The team wanted this to be done on Sunday, so that will be what we do. Dwayne and I will be set up near the Tech bullpen to cook. Anybody that wants to help, let me know.
