    Thumbs Up Brandon Hudson

    It's worth noting that Brandon Hudsons' 16 game hitting streak came to an end last night vs ULM. What a great job he has done this season !! His batting average (.356) has been steadily climbing all season,with 57 hits,32 rbi's, 5 hr's,and a .416 ob% to boot.And he has saved our butt on the mound a few times also with a 2-0 record, 2.25 era, and 21 k's in 28 ip. We are certainly proud of him and the best part is that he'll be back next year. GO DAWGS.......win the WAC tournament !!!!!!

    He certainly was one of our most reliable players over the last half of the season, both on the mound and at the plate.

    I coouldn't agree more. It's guys like him that keep a team going. There are times when you need the Big Hit or the Web Jem, but it's the guy who plays his game solid and consistant that is the core of the team.
