    Baseball Fresno suspends Beau Mills

    Beau Mills hit two home runs last thursday vs. Sacramento State and didn't show up on the boxscores for the Sat. & Sun. games.I thought maybe they were resting him..... it's a real shame an up and coming player of his ability won't be in the WAC tournament. http://collegebaseball.rivals.com/co...asp?cid=546164 Would he be eligible now for the June 6 MLB draft?

    Rather play Fresno in game 1 than where we ended up facing Hawaii and 3 rd round draft projection RHP Steven Wright. Once New Mexico State lost game 1 of series with Nevada at homein final conference seiries of seaso, they folded. They should have beat Nevada at least 1 game at home at New Mexico State, which would had us finish 4th and playing San Jose State in first game.

    No doubt we have toughest game 1 in tournament, but that means we have them where we want them...right?

    Fresno is better off without him. What would he do anyway in the tournament? Bunt for a pop up?
