That is differenct than what Cross did. He "crossed" the line. I do not for one minute believe that all programs are intentionally breaking a rule as Cross did.
Cartek is right. Cross may be the greatest guy in the world, but he did wrong, and we don't need to be rationalizing it by saying he is a good daddy, or he helped a kid or that others are doing it too.
With that said, I am sympathetic to the man's position, and after he has paid his debt, I hope he comes back strong and has a wonderful and prosperous life. I hold no ill will toward him.
