Check out the link...due to the BBC only allowing IP addresses from the UK to watch the live feed from the World Cup you have to use a public proxy server to get around this. The link shows you everything you need to know to do this.

Very true, you cannot play the offsides strategy against players with the kind of speed that Wanchope has. Ecuador has some quick players as well so it will be interesting to see what Deutschland does in their third game. Poland doesn't have near the speed up front as either Ecuador or Costa Rica but they are always a huge threat in the air, although so far today against Ecuador they have looked below average in all aspects of the game.

Try ESPN 360. I can't get it to work at my computer here at work so I'm just following it with gamecast.

From my observations, I'd say you are easily led astray. LSU, wrestling, now this.

Like your choice in girlfriends, though.

Approximately 1.3 billion people watched the opening match in the World Cup today. That's 10 times the amount of people that watched the super bowl! If that many people watched soccer there's got to be something exciting about it :icon_wink

And with 3 goals in 17 minutes it was extremely exciting! I can't wait for England vs. Paraguay in the morning.

I've been trying to figure out what your screenname means... is your cup size Double-D or something?

Was a great opening game. Everyone needs to watch when the US plays the Czech Republic. It will be the first matchup b/w two top 5 ranked teams. The Czech Republic is either 2 or 3 in the world while we're tied for 5th (w/ spain I believe). That game is huge for us.

    Re: World Cup 2006

England beat Paraguay 1-0 off of an own goal. Beckham struck a free kick that was deflected into the goal by the head of a Paraguayan.

Trinidad and Tabago is giving Sweden all they want. nil-nil in the 67th minute with Trinidad and Tabago playing a man down with 10.

    FINAL: TRI 0 - SWE 0
    HUGE upset
Trinidad earns a point in their first ever World Cup appearance.
They are also the smallest nation to ever qualify for the World Cup.
    Their backup keeper was amazing!
