On the go so I have to make this quick, this will never be told but by him but I will put it out there. Talk to my friend that coach's track (hint) to see what the deal is. With out going into specifics I could not believe what he told me. Put it this way Tech came at him with about $200. more a month . What in the hell is that, I don’t care if you get new turf, jumbotron etc. when you shit on your coach's you gonna have shit period. This not just about a track coach but the way Tech works. I am a shame to be an alumnus of that place. :bigcry: I called to tell Jim him that but they said he was not in.

Where does the money to pay the coaches' salaries for non-revenue sports come from?

It comes from all revenues and operating budget for the university. I think we need to say non- profit sports. Those that raise money or charge admission is revenue that helps offset the costs of the sport, but does not make a net gain or profit in that sport.
