LSU Stadium catches on fire

In case some of ya'll weren't aware LSwho's Tiger Stadium was the subject of an arson attempt, unfortunately someone saw the kids doing it and reported it as suspicious behavior and the police were called and they were caught and the fire was put out but it did cause $300,000 worth of damage. Too bad it didn't keep burning and burn that entire hell-hole down and the continue on to burn down the campus and then maybe they would just get rid of the entire school. Hey a guy can wish right?

Yea I think you got that right but I sure do wish that it would have burnt down to the ground. But then again if that would have happened the the state would have paid to have it fixed and that would mean that the state would take money away from us to pay for the re-building process of LSwho's stadium.

I ran past the stadium this morning and the damage was not that bad. I didn't see $33K worth at least... But what do I know about football stadiums...

What probably happened is they hired some kids to set fire to part of the stadium so they can get the state to give them more money to make upgrades. I guess they felt left out now that all the money is going toward rebuilding after Katrina.

They will spend a half million in tax dollars to renovate what was burned.

If the damage was done on the TAF's side of the stadium, then it should be their responsibility (via their insurance or whatever) to fix it and not the state taxpayers.

If Tiger Stadium burned down, it would be a travesty. If whatever the name of your stadium burned down, it would be no big deal. Just move all home games to Ruston High.
