    Baseball Rebuilding Fresno State

    It looks like Fresno State will have as big a rebuilding challenge as other WAC baseball programs this year. Coach Batesole will have new assistant coaches stepping in this year. Lost to the MLB draft was starting infielders Vitters .340 ba,& Sakamoto .332 ba.....starting outfielder Moresi .301 ba....and all three weekend starting pitchers Fister 4.10 era 8-6, Underwood 3.40 era 12-3, Romero 3.72 era 13-2. Transferring to other D1 schools were starting catcher LoNigro .267 ba, and starting infielder Mills .355 ba. :icon_wink: We play them home and away this year....go DAWGS !!
