They aren't going to push Biden out before January 21, 2023. That'll be 2 years and one day of his term. That is the day he would step down so that Harris would have the two years remaining of Biden's term, and the probability to then serve two terms of her own.
(That is probably better to put in the Conspiracy thread.)
I do think, in light of Trump getting COVID-19 and the many various scenarios that entails, the 25th Amendment needs some updating or we need a new Amendment or law. Mainly, it needs to address things like what were to happen if a candidate were to win but die or become incapacitated before they take office? I'm not sure we have anything about succession for that scenario. For example, if Trump were to win again this November but is unable to take office on January 20, then who does it? Isn't the second term a still completely separate term? So the VP wouldn't get the nod for the next term since he isn't VP. Or does he first get sworn in as a VP, do a 360, and is then sworn in as POTUS? I know the Speaker is the next in the line of succession after the VP, and has been in office for a couple of weeks by January 20; but again, I don't see the succession mechanism that brings the Speaker to become POTUS when there is no occupant. I guess I'm trying to see what addresses the possibility of there not being someone to swear in.

Rep. Duncan blasts NPR in scathing letter over Hunter Biden laptop blackout
"It’s been clear since the 2016 election that NPR will not report on anything that would hurt Democrats," Rep. Duncan wrote.
EXCLUSIVE -- Rep. Jeff Duncan, R-S.C., sent a scathing letter to NPR president and CEO John Lansing on Friday, condemning the nonprofit media organization for admitting it wouldn’t cover the ongoing scandal surrounding a laptop purportedly belonging to Hunter Biden.
“Your organization is among a whole host of mainstream media outlets that have proven not to be dedicated to reporting unbiased news to the American people. While other outlets do not receive taxpayer funds, NPR does. Because of such willful neglect, NPR should not receive another cent from the taxpayers,” Duncan wrote to begin the letter.
The letter from the Republican from South Carolina was obtained exclusively by Fox News.
Earlier in the day, NPR public editor Kelly McBride explained that her organization decided there are “many, many red flags in that New York Post investigation” that unearthed a laptop allegedly owned by Hunter Biden that contained damning emails, texts and photos and suggested Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden had knowledge of, and was allegedly involved in, his son’s dubious foreign business dealings.

AOC appears in Vanity Fair in outfits worth $14,000 to curse Trump out
The progressive lawmaker has in the past condemned politicians that she says are beholden to Wall Street.

Remember just two years ago AOC did not have enough money to put a deposit down on an apartment in DC and she complained loudly about how unfair it was she had to pay to live in DC. I am sure Soros stepped up and is now her sugar daddy. As a rep. she makes about $180,000/year, so she has grossed about $360K by now. If she is not spending her money on other big ticket items she should have enough in her piggy bank to spend $14K on outfits. If she gets re-elected just a couple of times, and maybe sooner, she will be a multi-millionaire many times over. It's amazing how wealthy elected officials get when they go to DC.
🤪🤣😂
And you believe that BS?
