If GM would have kept the Volt as the original design, it wouldn't have a problem selling imo. But since they redesigned it, it sucks. Not just the redesign, the whole car. Great that it's "electric" and all, but other than that, it has absolutely NO selling point to it, just like most every other vehicle.
American vehicles aren't worth the money paid for them, to have so little.

The Biden daughter cocaine story is still not picked up by CNN or MSNBC but CNN is running this on the homepage. The liberals/dems hate for Sarah Palin has no bounderies.
Bristol's ex: Safe sex 'most of the time'
Joe The Plumber goes around whoring himself out, and you slam Dems for criticizing "a private citizen"
Levi goes on Tyra's show, and you slam the Dem's for not criticizing a private citizen, while at the same time slamming another private citizen and supporting Palin's actions slamming that private citizen...
No double standards anywhere in there... nope. none at all.
Like I said, "You are a hard headed dumb butt at times aren't you?"
Actually, I thought Gov. Palin's response of calling him a "high school dropout" who's trying to exploit his relationship with Bristol for money was a bit inappropriate. Just my opinion, but it comes off as childish. He was invited to the show. Would she expect him to turn it down? If she didn't want him doing interviews, she shouldn't have had him touring around with her.
It's not about being "PC." It's his life too and he should have every right to comment on the affairs of his own life. When he got Bristol pregnant, Gov. Palin wasn't the super star she is today. His retort could very well be that she's just as guilty of trying to do everything in her power to extend her 15 minutes. It's not like Gov. Palin didn't try and use Bristol's pregnancy as a feather in her own cap. If she doesn't want other people trying to exploit her daughter, maybe she shouldn't either.
She's picking a fight with a 17 year old? That's not a good political move.

On 'State Secrets,' Meet Barack W. Obama
Attorney General Eric Holder recently said he was reviewing the way the Bush administration used the "state secrets" argument, but "on the basis of the two, three cases that we've had to review so far -- I think that the invocation of the doctrine was correct."
Huh.
That seems a little different from the Obama-Biden campaign website where "The Problem" is described in part as the Bush administration having "invoked a legal tool known as the 'state secrets' privilege more than any other previous administration to get cases thrown out of civil court."
Because that's just what the Obama administration tried to do.
Last Friday, while President Obama traversed throughout Europe, his Justice Department sought to have Jewel v. NSA dismissed because "the Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction with respect to plaintiffs’ statutory claims against the United States because Congress has not waived sovereign immunity" and "because information necessary to litigate plaintiffs’ claims is properly subject to and excluded from use in this case by the state secrets privilege and related statutory privileges."

Pelosi, other Dem leaders pressure members to oppose ethics measure
http://thehill.com/leading-the-news/...009-04-20.html
House Democratic leaders, including Speaker Nancy Pelosi (Calif.), have ratcheted up the pressure on their rank-and-file members to oppose a resolution calling for an ethics committee investigation into the ties between key Democrats and a controversial defense-lobbying firm.
