I've seen all of WM's games this year except the opener. The Rebels have gradually improved each week. Abrams and Brown can pop loose for a pair of TDs each. Arledge's D-line: most impressive. West Monroe's season is just beginning.

Throughout Junior High, Freshman, and JV football the group of seniors at Ruston has never been beaten by WM. It seems like Ruston's players are usually a step ahead at the lower levels but when they get to varsity WM leapfrogs them. It will be the same thing this year. I'm lookiing forward to the game.

Ruston's D has been playing very well the last 2 weeks. If it weren't for Alsup's bum ankle I would probably predict an upset. Instead, I'll go with this:

If I remember correctly that is the same way it was for my age group as well. We could beat West Monroe until we played them in varsity. I also hope the streak ends but I don't think that is very likely this year.
