Can we sue CUSA for damages resulting from not playing any Saturday games for 2 months?

Most assuredly, like everything else Tech does, we will lose this lawsuit and have to pay up. Take it out of Henderson's and the AD's salaries.
fine let's pay her the $20 bucks distribution we get after taxes from the umpteen years of her craptastic conference leadership. And after we hand the money over if we don't tell her to F@ck off its a total waste of the money. I am so tired off all this. After all the schools have changed conferences in the last several years and Jech is the only one that's getting sued, and by the absolute shittiest DI conference with the shittiest commissioner.

can't read the article but everyone screams you owe us if you leave early. Those schools announced before the June 30th date that they planned to leave. They were leaving a year earlier than CUSA wanted and CUSA filed a request for arbitration. Which then the three schools filed their own arguments with the court. They ended up paying 1.75 million to exit early when conference fee was actually 3 million.
"Conference USA made it clear that it did not want the agreement to become public. The agreement required Marshall, Old Dominion and Southern Miss to refrain from disclosing the agreement with other universities. The documents specifically named Florida Atlantic, Charlotte, North Texas, UTSA and UAB as schools to not share the information with."
Our AD was praising the looney bitch a few months ago. That’s when I knew he was a horrible hire.
