Tech 8000 Club Website Ready to Go.

Here is a link to the website. There is a form where you can enter your contact information and make a pledge. When you make a pledge the amount on the home page will be automatically updated to reflect the new amount. The facilities page and the salaries page is not completed yet. But since so many people have already told me to count them in I wanted to go ahead and give everybody a way to pledge without having to contact me. All the information is downloaded onto an excel spreadsheet and can be turned over once we have reached our goal.

Don't you have to pay coaches? Half of the 2 million we are trying to raise is to be able to pay our coaches and their assistants more money to make sure they stay and build the program rather than take off for the first big school that comes along. And with the job that Wade Simoneaux is doing that might happen pretty soon. Also he has done such a good job of raising money himself there is not a lot the baseball team needs that they dont' get.

I'm just saying, don't expect any help from any baseball supporters if you don't have any projects for improvements to JC Love. I would like to see the help for salaries broken down for each coach as well. It's hard to trust any general fund for athletics, especially one associated with Tech.

What improvements does JC Love field need.

Scoreboard and I'm sure there are other things that I am not thinking of.

Scoreboard, press box, locker rooms.... a bathroom in the visiting dougout if the softball team is gonna use the visitor's locker room, that way the visitor won't pee in the dug out like last year.

A new AD, and well....................a new AD. :bigcry: Btw, think you're doing a good job w/ the website. Baseball definitely needs a new scoreboard, and probably could've had one, but.......

I would probably say a scoreboard and commercial washer and dryer are the most important.
