    Gorilla Suit

Apparently, gorilla suits aren't made to be worn as heavily as I wear mine. Does anyone know how to attach fabric to plastic? It seems like sewing would just tear the plastic. The hole in the side is getting worse, but I don't want to purchase a whole new suit just for this baseball season.

    Any ideas?

Why don't you check with someone in either fashion design or theater to see if they have any trade secrets.

I think sewing is probably a feasible option - just get a thicker piece of plastic/fabric to go on the OTHER side of the original plastic. You want the stresses of the sewing process to be placed on whatever stonger material you decide to put on the underside.

AG, go find a Theater major! They have to make their costumes from what they can find and what not, so maybe they have some suggestions as to what you can do to save your suit.
