Tune in to the "Today" Show & Support a Fellow Tech Alum
Louisiana Tech grad Faith Jenkins has been selected as one of 16 semifinalists for an anchor spot on NBC’s Today Show. Beginning this Monday, February 19, four semifinalist audition tapes will be shown each morning on the Today show. After each show airs, viewers can vote online (at www.today.msnbc.com) or via text message for their favorite. Voters will be allowed up to ten votes per person per day per method of entry. The person who receives the most votes each day will move on to the round of four finalists. The finalists will be announced Friday, February 23, on the Today Show.
Faith graduated from the College of Liberal Arts in 1999 with a B.A. in Political Science, and obtained her J.D. from Southern University Law School in 2003. She was crowned Miss Louisiana in 2000 and went on to place as first runner-up at the 2001 Miss America Pageant. Faith currently lives in New York where she works as an attorney.
