Rule question. When the batter strikes out and the catcher drops the ball and throws to 1b, does the pitcher still get credit for the K.

yep, got a story for you on that one. In high school summer ball one year, I was on the losing team of a 1-0 ballgame. Brian Weiss from Baton Rouge struck out 22 batters in 7 inning game. He was absolutley dominating. Catcher missed a curve ball and the batter struck out but was able to reach first. Brian went on to play at Miss St. and had a good career.

I've got it, but they don't seem to be updating after every batter. Just innings.
Thats what I was getting ready to say. They are updating it after the half inning is complete and not each batter

McNeese hit two homers back to back in the 3rd. Middle of 3rd McNeese 4-0
Bottom of 3rd. Tech - 0 , McNeese - 4 ... according to person I talked with in pressbox. McNeese has apparently hit 3 HR's off Rupert. Live stat's have been reported down by several callers, according to the guy I talked with.:bigcry:
