Not good. A few hundred. But understandable with the weather being so cold. The wind today was really whipping, making the temperature feel much colder than the 50-something it was for most of the afternoon. Balls that ordinarily would be routine fly balls, caught 30 feet short of the wall, flew out of the park today.
The wind had subsided quite a bit by the end of the game, and Rike's homer probably would have made it with or without wind. Jericho's first homer was a routine pop up most days, as were several of the McNeese homers. A weird, but wonderful game.
It's Mardi Gras break for the students.
How is Sunday's attendance? Better, I hope.
It was about the same as yesterday....live stats says 408.
