Great series and a well needed sweep. Talked to some of the players after the game and they were very excited. Towards the end of the game, the dbu players started making animal noises (seriously), so I couldn't help it...I had to ask which one played the sheep.

A little small ball tonight--I like it. Drew Thomas hit the sac bunt to squeeze in the winning run. I like finding creative ways to use our catchers' at bats. Typically, they are the fixtures in the 9 hole, get two at bats and they sit--pretty tough to get in a rhythm or any confidence for that matter.

This was an absolute beauty as well. There was NOTHING that the defense could have done to stop this play. Drew got a standing ovation from several of the 50 people that stayed for the second game. The players all came out of the dugout for a high-five as well. It's great to see the correct plays at the correct times!! GREAT CALL COACH SIM!!

Moseley stayed on the mound in the 8th innning. He has to be over 100 pitches. Moseley gave up 2 more hits, then wild pitched them over to 2nd and 3rd. A sacrifice fly plated the DBU runner on 3rd. Fly out for the 3rd out.

Oh, can I get a witness. Sitting on top the the dugout, I called PRE-PITCH a groundball double play!!

I also called a Home Run earlier in the game, but it hit off the very top of the wall. I was 3 feet from being perfect on the night.
