I think he was just getting a jump on the hi-jacking that ALWAYS happens with a thread with Rattay's name on it. It was kind of witty, actually, especially if you just read the other Rattay thread.

They also traded for Luke's brother, Josh. Slim to no chance that Tim heads to Oakland.

I have not heard anything, but after seeing McCown traded to the Raiders I expect Tim to sign with the Bengals here soon.

I think Randy will do better there. He's like a summer soldier that only goes to war when the times are good. I thought that NE was a team he actually WANTED to play for and they might be able to keep him in line better than Oakland could.

What I do not understand is why guys like Jeff Garcia and Josh McCown who both really suck get chances and Rattay who plays good every chance that he gets never gets a starting opportunity at QB. I really do believe that he is capable of winning a Super Bowl. So many teams with bad QBs and those teams keep looking for 6-4 guys that are just crap over a proven winner like Rattay. Why do they think that a QB needs to be a giant?

Who knows, maybe one day Rattay will come to Louisiana Tech to be our QB's coach. I wonder how that would work out. I think it would work out well. He has alot of experience playing larger programs.
