And here is the language of the 14th Amendment, which applies the same due process protections of the 5th Amendment against the strates (notice how it distinguishes privilege and immunities owed to citizens and due process for all persons):

I see it the other way. Libs scream for all businesses to serve all people, until it’s someone like Sanders who they disagree with.
I think an important distinction in the present case is that Sanders is a specific person who committed a specific act. As opposed to a category of people who share an innate characteristic.
But the black senator is calling for civil disturbance and confrontation in public of a certain political belief system that happens to be mainly white people. She wants this to happen in restaurants, malls, ballgames, work places or wherever. And she doesn't care if families with children are involved.
This is a hate crime period! And she should be given a cease and desist by our United States AG immediately before somebody gets hurt.

I am trying to figure out where the republicans, Sanders, Trump want this restaurant to be shut down, protested or retaliated against for this episode. Can you provide the evidence? I know it is a little early for a court case to be filed here, but surely something substantive could be provided other than random nobodies on Twitter. If you believe Mike Huckabee, he is now claiming that the owner of the Red Hen followed the party after they left. I've seen no corroboration of this but it is out there.
Again, Sanders left without incident and no one of consequence is calling for retribution. There are plenty of people saying it shouldn't have happened but agree that it could happen and allowable.
If this gets out of control, it will not end well for those starting something like this.
