Although this was a very secretive operation by Obama and his most loyal supporters, we do know that the 400 million wasn't paid until the hostages were released. This was a total black operation and nobody but Obama's most loyal supporters knew about it until several days after it happened. The money was even delivered at night. Can you imagine what would happen if Trump did something like this. All of the democrats and the fake news media would have been hollering "IMPEACH HIM. Remember they wanted to impeach Trump for having a closed door meeting with Putin.
