    Re: Immigration

I've never heard even the most liberal pandering lying democrat say, "If I'm elected I will do all I can to help more illegals enter and make you pay for them". This is what Obama said and what socialist are willing to accept. It's all about the children right?

"The average DACA recipient is 22 years old, employed, and a student. 17 percent of them are on track to complete an advanced degree. The college attrition rate of DACA recipients is miniscule compared to domestic students, an indication of the exceptional caliber of the DACA students and their degree of motivation, no doubt partly driven by the fact that dropping out of school for them can result in deportation."

Does this mean even though they don't pay taxes and likely get a free education, they are a contributing member to society? It's about the children.

Even in this thread, no Trump supporter has supported the current course of action without securing the border.

It's all about the optics. He has NO idea how to secure the border or get his wall paid for, so he's throwing the Bannon crowd a bone.

This is an empty gesture (that's unlikely to make it out of congress). This is how it begins with anti-establishment guys. They can't get anything dons and their supporters turn on them.

Beat the crowd, we could have an actual conservative run in 2020.

He is doing it because he is being forced to by several states. Why are you all (and CNN) ignoring the facts.

If you read the article by Cato Institute they do contribute to tax revenue and GDP. Representative Boyle reported that 95% pay taxes.

Do you think Trump would approve of a legislative DACA by itself without added border security?

I doubt it. CNN says he hates Mexicans to I, like you, believe them.

hey are "forcing" him to quit speaking out of both sides of his mouth on it. That's not leadership. If he believes DACA shouldn't be ended without increased border security (like all the Trump guys here have said), he should send Sessions to defend it until he can lead us to increased border security.

You telling me the guy who wrote the art of the deal is being pushed around by a guy like Jeff Landry?!?

    That's pretty weak.

Here's the CATO Institute study Guiss referenced: The Economic and Fiscal Impact of Eliminating DACA

    T
hat left wing CATO Institute has always been fake news though...we all know that. Those dirty big government globalists...wait, what?

    Cliff's Notes:

Eliminating DACA will cost the Federal Government $60,000,000,000 and will result in $280,000,000,000 reduction in economic growth over the next decade (I left the zeros for effect...that's 60 and 280 billion respectively).

Well, there ya go. I guess Obama was the real conservative for some. Maybe we can get him a third term.

I used to think I was a conservative, but now I don't even know what that means.

If you think a guy that only represents the views of the worst faction of the Republican Party is a conservative, then "no, you don't".

Well, it should be easy to locate and round up all these DACA kids. I mean, look at all these stats about them. 95% of them do this, 77.3% are this, etc...how would anyone be able to produce such stats unless they KNOW everything about 'em? Should have current addresses too.

Or....maybe all these glowing stats are bogus. Ya know, more fake news by the libtards.

We know this information because they applied for deferred adjudication. We know this information because we told them this information would not be used against them and they believed the US government.

Did you really not know this?

    Re: Immigration

Did you know that just last week 677,817 DACA kids helped little old ladies cross a street? We know this because they all registered on Helplittleoldladies.com. And! it was verified because each of the 800,000 DACAs has a government drone tracking their every move. Documenting all the great and wonderful things the DACAs do.

In fact, I just saw an article where some MIT professor has calculated that 67.3% of DACAs have the capacity to find a cure for cancer. Surely we want to keep that kind of scientific genius in our country!

There are links to the application papers so you can see the information we collect on DACA applicants.
