I'm getting married in 3 weeks, and I was wondering if you guys that are "experts" in this field had some useful advice. I figured I could learn alot from those of you who have experience. And with most of us being of like-mindedness (if there is such a word), I figured ya'll could give some nuggets of wisdom to help my marriage be successful.

Just kidding. I just got married myself (2nd time) in Hawaii a couple of weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Hope you're as happy as I am in your marriage.

But just in case,

1. Remember these phrases, "Yes, dear. I'm sorry, dear. My fault, dear."
2. Never, ever take the first choice when she gives you options. She'll think you're not putting thought into it.

Find that one chore that your wife hates. Do that chore faithfully even when you think it doesn't need to be done. She'll be so appreciative that you'll have less to do overall just because you do that one thing that she hates to do.

don't get married at 2 p.m., outside, in june, in an all-black tux. you won't enjoy it, and neither will your groomsmen!
