He's not "out". He's been suspended indefinitely. I'm sure he'll be back with the team quickly. Come on guys...how big of a deal is this really? I'm sure most of us have used someones ID before. It is defentally not something to kick a guy off of the team for. Just for the record, I am disappointed in his behavior. LSU has been under the microscope recently, and hell..who doesn't know Ryan in BR? He should have known he'd caught. On a scale from one to ten, ten being a big deal, I'd score this one as a two.

I've never used someone else's ID before, and certainly wouldn't know RP if he walked in my front door. Other than that, I agree with you 100%. This is certainly too small to worry about other than maybe some extra conditioning drills or something. If he's kicked off the team, it will be because of a trend of behavior that hasn't been reported and Miles sees this as a escalating problem.

He didn't even steal the ID. It was his brothers. To me this is very insignificant, but after reading the article, it was much like I surmised. This, in my opinion, is basically the next to last straw on the camel's back. I get the impression that RP has been involved with several "bad decisions", some which aren't known, and that Miles is watching him to see if he has one more, then he will be gone for sure. To be honest, and this is pure speculation, I suspect he is a problem in the locker room. From the time he signed with LSU, he was too "loud mouthed" basically calling out JaMarcus and using his Olinemen as references, and I'd be willing to bet he hasn't changed much.
