None of this impresses me if you're not on Heisman.

I forgot to mention that, after 4 INTs, June Jones yanked Brennan before we were even out of the first quarter. The backup (#6) LIT ME UP though.

    I hate Hawaii.

All American, I need to get used to the new playbook. Some of my favorite plays aren't available this year. I'll crank it up after I adjust to the plays. If it doesn't impress you, I don't really care! I just enjoy destroying hawaii, fresno, and lsu

Oh yeah. Thats why I buy the game. Well, replace LSU with ULM -- I'm indifferent towards the Tigers.

Is the recruiting any different for the ps2? What about the whole dynasty mode in general?

I have only played one game, but so far, I'm not a fan. The play picking is entirely to elementary. Give me the formations from the get go.

But in real life you know coaches have plays set up for players along with plays by formation. Learn to use it. I like this play system better.

And PJ as far as I know EA Sports has moved their entire efforts over to next generation systems. I am not sure how much has changed for PS2.

    Re: NCAA 08

Went out yesterday and got 08 for the PS3. Would not work when I got it home (the game icon never appears).

Took it back today and exchanged it. Still would not show up....

Had my kids take a look at it (the real experts! ) but they could not figure out what was wrong with it. This problem has happened a few times with Madden, but everything else works fine.

Anybody have this for a PS3 and does it work for you??? Could this be an EA thing?

    VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!

Any recruiting junkies have GOT to buy the new NCAA. It's the most involved thing I've ever seen. You can call kids and throw different pitches at them. You don't have points, you have minutes (10 hrs. per week to be exact). The recruiting alone took me like an hour. It's crazy.

I was in Walmart talking to the lady over Electronics and she said they have had a LOT of problems with people bringing back games on the PS3 because they "don't work"! Sounds like I'm going to wait a while before getting one. Not only for the glitches to be worked out, but for the price to come down even more. I think Sony bit the big one on this system!

Yep. the PS3 is a collossal failure. Monstrous. Catastrophic.

And Microsoft lost over ONE BILLION DOLLARS on the X-Box 360 last year.

Nintendo is outselling Sony 10-1 on software right now, and 8-1 on hardware. And, unlike the other two companies, Nintendo is making a PROFIT on EVERY system sold.

Your best bet is to stick with the PS2 or X-Box while picking up a Wii, until this mess gets straightened out.

The DS is on it's way to becoming the most popular gaming device of all time, and the Wii is just smoking the field in the home console race. Nintendo got it right this time.

Johnny -- I'm not so sure I like the super duper in-depth recruiting during the season. I just want to play games. I like doing my sales the old school way -- during the offseason.

I actually haven't touched NCAA 08 since release day. Resident Evil 4 and Paper Mario have been the big dogs during my precious little video game time in the last couple of weeks.

I'm with you Lum. My oldest son has a DS and loves it! As little as I get to play games any more, I will stick to the PS2 for now, but the Wii is a great deal for the price! By the way, Guitar Hero takes up most of my little game time!

I like my 360. Forza 2 is awesome. If Halo 3 delivers, this system will be the big winner in my book.
