    Hey, TylerTechsas...

What's the story with this "Anchor Woman" thing?

Since she won't be busy reporting the news anymore, maybe you could convince her to move to Las Vegas. Tell her you have a friend who is one hell of a tour guide.

I, actually, watched that show. I was channel surfing and heard Tyler, Texas and stopped. I couldn't figure it out for a long time, because it looked like our regular newscast, but it was on Fox and that news show is from another channel. Finally, I wondered if this was just a local show, but it appeared to be something more. It took me most of the show to figure out what was going on. There wasn't a brain cell in that poor girl's head, but I don't think many people were watching to see what her IQ was.

Champ summed it up above pretty good. The interesting thing is the stir her hiring caused in this East Texas Biblebelt town. The PR (commercials and billboards) for her and the show were quite seductive as you can imagine. So the locals were a tad taken back.

So, does that mean you will encourage her to stay in Tyler instead of moving to Vegas?

Out here, she could make news instead of reporting it!

Quite the looker for sure. However, I believe she probably had her fill of E.Texas as well. It's not the lifestyle here that she might have imagined. Then again, who knows.

The problem was that the billboards and commercials were in English. Only 10% of Tyler knew what they were advertising!!

It sure seems like that at times.

She is from Jackson, so I imagine she knows a little bit about the Bible belt. My question, though (and a real question at that) is whether, in light of her apparent cognitive challenges, she is even aware that she is seen only as T-n-A. She seemed really earnest about wanting to make it as a legitimate reporter.

(I guess she should have just applied at Fox News to begin with, she'd fit right in there; as Jon Stewart said, "It's not quite news, and it's not quite porn.")

I think that she is not as cognitively challenged as she appears. No one is that stupid. She is acting. It is the Jane Mansfield approach to getting noticed.
