Red Sox have the pitching, offense, and home field advantage. The Angels should make it easier by knocking out the Stankees in 4 games.

As long as the Yanks dont win I'll be happy.Since I don't have a dog in the fight..I vote for the Rockies due to their willingness to provide a full share of the playoff winnings with the fallen coaches family.
The Yankees are off to a great start to a sweep by getting pummled by the Indians 12-3. Carmona, keep up the good start.
I think this is interesting. The AL is getting a lot of respect from BB&B - 33 votes for AL teams versus 14 votes for NL teams. The Cubs have 10 of the 14 NL votes and the D'backs currently have 0.
D-backs allowed more runs this year than they scored. That's a scary stat.
Rockies are hot, but don't have the history.
Cubs..... are the cubs.... they'll implode.
Phillies are whishy-washy... no clue what they will do.
D'backs sweep the Cubs. Cubs are the first playoff team eliminated from World Series contention. I thought the Cubs would make it through the NL playoffs to the Series. The D'backs still not getting any votes from BB&B.

Rockies and the Diamondbacks will play in the NLCS. Rockies in after sweep of Phillies in NLDS.
Gotta love that for all those east coast writers.

Well Steinbrenner's little trick worked for tonight. Let's see if they can keep it up for two more.
hopefully not, if the Indians don't win tonight, look for Carmona back in Cleveland with Sabathia starting against the Angels
