    Coaching staff staying in tact?

Anyone heard of any changes in the coaching staff? Just curious since our season ended if there was any movement.

Its amazing how long we wait for the season to start and then its over in what seems like a minute.

Sure would be nice to go a year without any staff changes, at least no new OC, DC, or HC...wasn't that what the increased assistant coaching salaries was for

Unless the million dollar buyout is for another head coaching position only, but not a asst. position.

It's if he leaves at all (exception probably death/physical impairments etc.)

No offense guys, but this talk of our HC leaving is stupid.

If Derek Dooley reads this board, I wonder what he thinks about stuff like this.

Not to mention that speculation like this doesn't help him in recruiting, since recruits read this board and the goofy, vague comments in this thread might make them doubt their future if they sign with Coach Dooley and La. Tech.

Dooley is staying and I hope this thread is dying.

Let's stop getting in our own way.

He probably wonders why we have so much LSPOO/Miles crap on BB&B.

Hopefully, he does. If so perhaps he could respond as to why the team was so ill-prepared for the Nevada game, including the lack of cold weather gear, sideline heaters, and no atttempt to account for the altitude difference with oxygen breathers.

I heard from someone close to the situation that Dooley was Ole Miss' second or thrid choice. If Nutt fell thru, we could be looking for a new HC.

I'm sure he really impressed Ole Miss with that 24-0 loss to Ole Miss' worst team in years. Where do people come up with this stuff?

Me too. I heard he was deciding between the New York Yankees, Dallas Cowboys or L.A. Lakers. He already turned down Michigan, POTUS, and Commander of the Universe.

A million dollars is nothing in the real world of college athletics.
