A few ladies I've been listening to a little lately:

Jenny Lewis has come a long way from "Doing the Freddy" - loving this one (this live version doesn't sound as good as the album version I don't think).



Kind of enjoying Maggie Rogers, too. I can't tell whether her dancing excitement is an affectation or not, but it's. . . interesting. Can't say she isn't feeling the music. I like it (the music and the dancing in these videos).





Jess Ray - kind of stumbled across this one on spotify, but I'm enjoying it.

You bet! He has done a lot of stuff with a lot of people. One of my favorites. He uses the whole scale at the end of this song like you are ascending to heaven.
