WAC preseason coaches poll
Fresno State's previous WAC titles and strong pitching staff has convinvinced the WAC coaches that they're the odds on favorite to repeat this season. I appreciate being considered the underdog and the absence of Tech players from the preseason All-WAC team will work in our favor as our players "earn" their way onto the "post-season" all-WAC team.(and we have several who have the potential) http://www.wacsports.com/ViewArticle...ATCLID=1369658

Most polls don't let you vote for your own team, most likely Fresno gave the vote. Interesting the split between the second place votes.
Am I reading this right? We are voted second, but have no players on the pre-season All-WAC team?
Wade does not nominate players for pre-season awards. I like it.

The only team that could have voted us number one was Fresno. They got all the number one votes from the other 6 teams. That leaves them not being able to select themselves. By logical deduction: Fresno voted for us.
This is the year we host the WAC baseball tournament. It is going to be a GREAT season. Better get your season tickets as soon as possible!
