Is there any chance the other domino will fall at Tech???
Will the old rumor prove true? Will DR make the jump from the ULS to LSU system?
Or just wishful thinking on my part?????
Reneau said that a search would begin "as soon as possible" for a successor, but that he was concerned about the state's current hiring freeze.
"This might be a time to look at how we do things and try to do things differently," Reneau said.
This may come back to haunt the program. We may all be disappointed in what happens next. 'Be careful what you wish for' comes to mind.

Most telling thing in the article is how everyone say's something along the lines "I'll really miss him, he was a great friend and nice guy." Only person that refers to him professionally is Leon and he talks about arguments they got into.

Louisiana Tech athletic director Jim Oakes will retire at the end of June, after 13 years in the position.
