I just thought it was worth mentioning that Oakes wanted the Equipment truck with all the Tech graphics gone and it WAS gone.
Now, the truck is back in the parking lot at the stadium a day after Oakes resigns.
Its been there a while.
And Oakes is still in his position till June.
I did notice, a long time ago mind you, that Patrick Jackson's number and face was removed from the truck.
When can we get an 18 wheeler like these:

I think we were offered one and JO asked for the smaller one. i thought i read that on here somewhere.
When I was in band...Great Lakes chemical of El Dorado purchased a truck bed for us, painted it, installed equipment shelves, uniform racks, also a dressing room. They would have one of their truck drivers drive the rig on our away games for free.
One of our biggest boosters owns a trucking company, surely we could get one.

Anyone remember the two Peterbuilt cabs that Karl had painted in Tech colors? It was said back in 2000 that he was going to let Tech use them to pull a trailor for our equipment and that never came to be...when we asked for a bigger truck for the football equipment, we were told that there wasn't one we could use and to keep using the 21' Ryder Truck that we had to rent every road trip...
How much would a truck bed cost? including a wrap job.
