I like the game, period. Both teams bring alot of excitement and anticipation. New England can have the perfect season. On the other hand, the often maligned Eli Manning and the Giants are legit to pull the upset. I think it could be one of those rare "really good" Super Bowls.
But I figure New England wins.
I told all the Dallas and Green Bay fans I know before the playoffs began that the Giants would be in the Super Bowl, moreso to upset them than anything else.
Now, Eli will become the 2nd Manning to win a Super Bowl leaving the best one without a ring.
It is going to be good conditions for the Pats offense and that worries me. That being said, the Giants pass rush will be better served under those conditions as well. If they can disrupt Tom B early and often I think they can win the ballgame. If not, it is going to be a long day for Giants fans.
Pats 38 - Giants 28
I'm gonna try a little reverse psychology and root for the Patriots in hopes of them losing...
Giants 35 Patriots 34
shouldn't this be in the pro sports section?
Patriots 31, Giants 17
Patriots come out with a chip on their shoulder and Eli finally lets the pressure get to him.
Pats 24-21, pats always seem to win the SB by 3. And the Giant's kicker is no star, he misses one and will regret it for life.
Pats 35-17 ... GO PATRIOTS ... I kind of wish GB would have been in this game so I could have entertained not rooting for the Patriots for about 10 minutes. I really like Favre.
I'm surprised at how close the vote is. Assuming the weather is good, I have a hard time seeing the Giants keeping it close again.
NE 44 - NY 14
It's a damn shame no Tech alums got into the championship game.
