With Stephany Smith leaving the University of Alabama head coaching position, does anyone think they may pursue Joni Crenshaw. She was a former player for them.
I would think that would be a possibility. Being in the SEC will give them some choices, though, so they may go for a huge name.
We have the 3 top stars in Alabama coming in next year. I hope this doesn't interfere with that, if she is a candidate.

Alabama demands excellence in there Athletics Programs and has the money to pursue the best. It will be an interesting hire. Crenshaw is probably low on the totem pole due to the Techsters struggles. Like it or not, all the coaches own this mess of a team we call the Techsters.
i would say she would be near the top of their list
when they came here last year; they were STILL fawning all over her (media, players, fans). We need to hold onto her
I looked at the Fresno message board this morning and saw where an Alabama fan stated that SJK's name came up. The fan was asking about her on there. The Fresno fans did not hold back letting the Bama fan know how they felt.
I think if Bama were smart, they would go after the current Fresno coach - Wiggins.
