She was at Texas for a while , she in now coaching at a small school in Austin, TX. She applied when Long got this job and was not even brought in for an interview, they interviewed her over the phone.

I guess I am still looking for what she has done since she has been gone that makes her qualified to come back and build Tech's program. For a while she wasn't even in coaching at all. Now she is at a small school. I would like to see a successful coach come back- she has not proven that yet- maybe she will one day.
She took a program with no budget, no scholarships, and no history to number one in their conference. HMMMMMMMMMM At La. Tech, she would only have no budget at this point. Soon, we too will be relegated to a look at the history of the women's game like Immaculata on ESPN. Jennifer is incredibly capable, and played and coached while Tech was a winner. She as a presence much like Barmore on the sidelines and high expectations of her players. That would be a great hire. Since we showed that $100,000 mattered sooooooooooooo much to our athletic department, why don't we save that money and hire no new assistants to replace those that have been fired, encouraged to leave, or left on their own accord. That lets the new coach next year come in without having to let go anyone that Chris Long would hire. Surely that would save a little cash (more than $100K) and not give Long the excuse that it takes time to get his assistants on his page. Talk to Coach Barmore and see if he would come back for the year to bail out his boy and his program.
The Jennifer White hire would be outstanding for our program.
