Amazing end to regulation.
I wonder what CUSA's tourney units are looking like now?

Poor Memphis...They could taste it.
Jordan Mills on choosing Tech:
“It’s a great experience seeing them play. It was a good atmosphere. The fans stood up the whole game and never sat down. They have a great fan base.”

Never reviewed Chalmers 3 did they? I was for Memphis but freethrows got the Tigers!!
Just watched it on DVR 3 times Chalmers was behind the arc but he took a huge step before the ball hit the floor. He traveled, watch it over the next couple of days and tell me what you think?
The regional finals next year are in Memphis. Y'all get your tix now to come watch the Dunkin Dawgs.
I'm ready, where can you find all the host sites?
They could have burned some time with one of the steals in the last minute. They had a 3-on-1 and could have held on to the ball a good 5-6 seconds before getting fouled, instead they pass during the break, get fouled (and miss).

It wasn't just the free throws. Self out-coached Calapari the whole game. Memphis kept running Rose off of screens, let Kansas double team him and made him pass the ball. In the second half Memphis quit running all those screens for Rose and he took over the game for a while, but at the end of regulation and throughout overtime, they went back to it. But why let Chalmers get off a virtually uncontested 3, when you could have fouled previously and let them take 2 free throws, then at worst you have the ball and a 1-point lead. John Calapari lost this game!
Memphis lost because they choked and missed 4 of 5 freethrows over the last 2 minutes. The players choked, not the coach...and how anyone can say Self outcoached Calpari is beyond me; it's clearly the other way around. KU shot 52% versus 40% from the floor and made 93% versus 63% of their freethrows. KU should have and would have lost the game because the Memphis lads should have hit 2 of 5 freethrows.
I'm an asshole! What's your excuse?
