    Naming Rights

    So as not to hijack other threads, I will start this one. Does anyone know what Dooleys take is on naming rights? Are they working on any deals? How far up the chain does it have to go for approval (Dooley, DR, higher)?

    I'm pretty sure that would at least have to go to DR. It might even need some other kind of approval, but I am not sure. I have no idea how Dooley feels about it, but it would probably go higher than him.

    However, there are a lot of interim steps we could take. Having some type of Jumbotron with advertising, corporate sponsorships, concession and program revenue, etc. There is a lot of money on the table that could be made without taking Joe Aillet's name off the stadium.

    you could always get around that;

    name the field something different than the stadium; etc..
