So lets see, Jimmy Carter talks to Hesbola (or whichever terrorist organization we're talking about), George Bush uses the term some when referring to individuals who assume you can talk with terrorist, yet that some is directed at Obama.

Of course I can follow that logic?

Re: Obama blasts Bush over 'Nazi' comments

This quote sounds like a repeat of things Bush has been saying for years. If I had heard it in person, Obama would not have come to mind at all.

Personally, I think this is a political play by Obama. He is confident that he will get the nomination, but is feeling a little heat from Hillary's big win in W Va. and her supporters telling her to stay in it until the end. By reacting to this quote, even if it wasn't aimed at him, he gets to take a shot at Bush and completely ignore Hillary. He also gives himself a perceived boost with voters, because having the President address his policy (even if the President was not addressing his policy) gives Obama and his policy more credence with voters. Nice political move by Obama, but I don't think Bush was talking to him.

I won't argue you with that some Republicans/Democrats/Independent can be considered for the "some" that Bush said. I'm not defending either side. My point was I dislike all politicians (reps and dems included) who try to "read" something into what another person says to forward their agenda. I also realize it happens all the time and that all sides do it.

I don't see what Carter and Pelosi running for President has to do with all this but maybe I missed something as I have not read all the responses.

I think he was talking about a GROUP of people and Obama is part of that group. I don't think he was singling him out.

I don't think he was singling anyone out either, but apparently the "selected"Democrat nominee for President thought it was all about him, and his sheep--the mainstream media--are continuing to falsely state that as a fact.

No, you've proven time and again, that you are indeed the "dumbass."

BHO is unprepared to be POTUS; 8 years ago garvitas was the word of the day regarding GWB...all I hear out of the same liberal pundits is cricket chirps now that BHO is center stage!

How many times has GWB been called a Nazi? More than I have time to count, but he wasn't calling anyone a Nazi. He was pointing out the lunacy of dealing directly with terrorists...it doesn't work. Of course, most infidels do not understand that fact!

Daybreaker, why is Obama being a whiny-baby? Surely his advisors are telling him that these antics are making him look weak.

That of course is correct. If the DEMS/LIBS were smart they would just shut-up and eat this one. It might go away until the debates. As it is, probably 85%+ of this country knows the DEMS/LIBS are weak on the Natiuonal Security/Terrorism/negotiating front. With BHO crying, along with other prominent members of the LIBS?DEMS, they are looking very very weak on this issue and in fact actually highlighting, with a huge neon sign, their various weakness.
