    This is bull$hit. If you can't pay it then you should lose it. Hell, maybe BMW and Lexus will get together and bail out all those people in those high car notes that can't pay them now. What the hell?

    Ha, I may need some pretty soon. All this is common sense. You don't pay your electric bill, what happens? It is turned off! You don't pay your fees to go to college, you don't go. So why do these people get bailed our after THEY made the decision on their monthly mortgage note?

    Another back door approach to bailing the lenders out.
