I hope they have a graphic and good details, I can't wait.
I hope the video board is still on for 2009 as well, that would improve both end zone areas plus make it possible for the rich box buyers to see plays.
VERY detailed plans need to be sent out to conference decision makers and at least a general plan (with design plans) needs to be online.

Just curious. Why is "The Happening" in Monroe?
Northeastern La. alums wanted to have a back-to-school get-together to hear from the school president and the football coach. Most of the tickets to the event are sold by alums from this part of the state.
It was an easy way to get a bunch of Tech folks together in one large gathering place . . . the Monroe Civic Center complex.
This was started by this group 27 years ago.

That's great. Y'all need to be in charge of organizing a similar get-together in Shreveport. We're lucky to get half that many Tech folks to attend an event in Shreveport.
And the Northwest Louisiana Tech Advancement Group (many, if not all, of whom are on this board) is working on gatherings in Shreveport/Bossier. Our first MAJOR event was quite a success with a thousand people filling the Bossier Civic Center. You can bet the farm we are working on making our event even larger.
Also, please remember, this will NEVER be a competition between Northwest & Northeast Louisiana. The alumni in the Monroe area have build a wonderful event and both area groups only want to promote Louisiana Tech in their areas. So you will NEVER see "The Happening. Shreveport Style." The Happening is Monroe's, and it will always be Monroe's.
What I would LOVE to see is the alumni in Northwest Louisiana go to The Happening. And the alumni in Northeast Louisiana come to the Crawfish Boil. Then add in a few that just get excited about things being BIG anywhere and have over 3,000 people at BOTH events.
